National Volunteer Week is a time for organizations across the country to honor volunteers and recognize the irreplaceable impact of their time and energy all year round. It is an opportunity to celebrate the impact of volunteer service and the power of volunteers to tackle society’s greatest challenges and to build stronger communities.

It is an opportunity to recognize and thank volunteers who lend their time, talents, voice and support to causes they care about. Volunteers are coming together everywhere and doing good in many different forms. It is an opportunity to honor the impact of all of those who do good in our communities and inspire others to make a difference and improve the world. It is a time to consider volunteering or to provide support to the organizations vital to your communities.

It is an opportunity to thank all of the thousands of volunteers across the country who keep many organizations running, communities safe and provide services that otherwise would not exist without volunteers.

Frederick County Volunteer Fire and Rescue appreciates all of our volunteers and all you do for our county. Our volunteers are the backbone of our service. We recognize and celebrate all of our volunteers. Keep up the great job!

If you are energetic and committed to serve in many capacities within your community, please complete the volunteer interest form on this website.

We want you to join our team!
